Paul Ian Jamili was a young entrepreneur. He co-owned and managed his “Ian’s Internet Cafe” along Abores St., Bulacao Talisay Cebu.

Last June 30, 2011, at about 6:45 p.m. he was reportedly dragged out from his internet cafe by brothers Dave Bentain Tancinco and Don Bentain Tancinco. Dave Bentain Tancinco, with the aid of Don Bentain Tancinco reportedly shot Paul Ian in the head at a very close range. This, without any provocation. And the two murderers fled on foot, unrepentant and unremorseful.

Dave Bentain Tancinco is a known drug addict in the area. He is also known to be a thug and a bully.

Both Dave Tancinco and Don Tancinco are now on the run and are fugitives of the law. A 24 hour hot pursuit against them by the Talisay Police Force proved unfruitful as one of the members of the Talisay police is known to be related to both by affinity.

Because we could not for the moment find justice from the law enforcement agency, we are calling on the public to help us locate the two fugitives.

Our movement has no money and could not dangle monetary rewards. But we are banking on the sense of justice by the public to help us resolve Paul Ian’s brutal murder.
